Lindsay started her professional career as an Interpreter at DFACS in Dekalb County by assisting families in the Hispanic community by obtaining resources and necessities that would help aid in the sustainability of their families. Lindsay then expanded in to the Medical Interpretation and transportation business as an entrepreneur and independent contractor utilizing her interpretation skills while making a living for her family. Lindsay experienced a significant interest in working with people and problem solving complex issues pertaining to medical malpractice and injustices of the poor and immigrant population locally and abroad. She takes pride in proudly serving the Hispanic community. As time progressed, she decided to obtain her real estate license, to ensure that she had the ability to train and develop her craft and skill properly in real estate.
This was a severe turning point in her career, and Lindsay found herself mesmerized with the guise of real estate development. After expanding her business network and creating lasting relationships which eventually introduced her to the real estate development she nurtured her passion for real estate, which stemmed from her first single family rehab which turned out to be a successful New Construction Project. That’s when her love for Real Estate Development began.
Lindsay is a proud owner of a growing real estate portfolio, a licensed realtor in both Georgia and Florida, currently a co-owner of a thriving room rental agency, Rentroomzgenie LLC., sole owner of Lindsay Allen Inc., development company, sits on the board of The Genie Foundation LLC., and is an active partner in the Lot 10 Macon multi-unit development project. Lindsay’s hobbies included growing her travel/business network, exploring new experiences, and spending as much time as possible with her family. Although Lindsay may seem, a very astute business woman, her vision is simple; and that is to help those who have the desire and heart to help themselves, but never overlooking those without a voice.

Dr. Adam Dinitz
CEO
My name is Dr. Adam Dinitz. I grew up in Northern Illinois and Southern
Florida, spending nine months of the year with my father and the remaining
months with my mother. In 1991, I joined and notably served in the U.S.
Army as a 63B mechanic and received an honorable discharge in 1999.
During this time, I pursued my education.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various IT roles, ranging from help desk positions to serving as
the Senior Vice President of IT consulting. I have had the opportunity to work for a Fortune 6 company,
and based on the skills that I acquired, I established my own successful Business consulting firm.
While I have always been dedicated to assisting others, I felt that I wasn't making a significant impact on
the world. As a result, I am currently focused on making a positive difference. I have several planned
projects aimed at benefiting the community in and around Macon, and this is just the beginning of my
efforts. I have broadened my network to include a vast array of business and real estate professionals. I
serve on the board of Central Georgia Coalition for Black Business, Co-Chair for Community Affairs for
CGCBB, I am also an avid volunteer in the community with various food banks and always having a heart for
serving our communities no matter where I choose to reside.
I am looking forward to building affordable, attainable, and growing communities so that families can
thrive with passion and purpose. I am dedicated to obtaining, solidifying, and retaining strong communal
relationships with those who also adopt and align with my foundational principles of building and
sustaining healthier communities. As my team and I embark on our mission to do just that, in Middle
Georgia, I encourage everyone that I come in contact with to join me in expanding the vision.
